During a session something might happen that becomes a teachable moment. If for example there is an occasion where the players experience success as a result of working together, the coach-educator may wish to stop the activity to get the players around in a circle to discuss how teamwork, cooperation, collaboration contributes to success. This becomes a lesson in inter-personal skills. Later during the closing circle, the discussion might look at how players might best work together at school, at home or in their community.
